Privacy Policy

Effective October 29, 2026

OnDraw is made by Altstead LLC of Wichita, Kansas, USA ("we"). This policy covers the OnDraw app for Mac and this website.

The short version

OnDraw doesn't collect, store or share any of your data. It has no account, no analytics, no ads and no third-party code. The only time it goes online is to check your purchase with the App Store.

What stays on your Mac

Purchases

If you start the free trial, subscribe to OnDraw Yearly or buy OnDraw Lifetime, Apple handles the purchase and payment under Apple's own privacy policy. We never see your payment details or your Apple Account. OnDraw only asks the App Store, through macOS, whether this Apple Account has an active trial, subscription or lifetime purchase. Apple sends us sales reports that don't identify you.

AI assistants

OnDraw can be controlled by an AI app you connect yourself, using the Model Context Protocol (MCP). The connection is a local channel on your Mac that only your Mac user account can open; nothing is reachable from the network. Through it, the AI app can tell OnDraw what to draw, and OnDraw replies with basic status such as your screen sizes and what's currently showing. OnDraw never sends the AI your screen contents or your keystrokes.

What the AI app does with your conversation is covered by that app's own privacy policy. You can turn the AI connection off in OnDraw → Settings → AI.

This website

This site has no cookies, analytics or tracking. Like any web server, ours keeps standard access logs (such as IP address, time and page requested) for security, and deletes them on a regular schedule.

Children

OnDraw collects no personal information from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and its effective date.
